2012 AKC Licensed All Breed Dog Shows


The Longview Kennel Club will hold their 2012 AKC Licensed All Breed Dog Shows on July 28 & 29 at the Maude Cobb Activity Center. Concurrently, Tyler Obedience Training Club will conduct an All Breed Obedience Trial on July 28 at the Longview Exhibit Building followed by Longview’s All Breed Obedience Trial on July 29 and continue until approximately 3:30 PM on both days. Spectator admission will be five dollars ($5.00) for adults and two dollars ($2.00) for children under 12 years. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Humane Society of Gregg County.

At the all breed dog shows more than 115 different breeds will compete for the dog that most closely matches the standard for each breed exhibited. At the obedience trials activities will range from basic obedience to the more advanced classes that involve retrieving scented objects and performing jumps.

Vendors will be on-site selling pet supplies and accessories. The public is encouraged to come
enjoy the fun.

Longview.
